DESIGN CONCEPT
Once you have accepted our fee proposal following the design consultation, our next step is to visit your property and conduct a comprehensive site survey. This survey allows us to gain a detailed understanding of the space and gather essential information for the upcoming work. If an on-site visit is not possible, such as in the case of a property still under construction, we can review your architect’s floor plans or, for e-design clients, you can provide us with videos and photos of the space.
After the site survey, we will proceed to create visual inspiration and develop a complete concept design. This will be presented to you through a captivating mood board, offering a glimpse into the creative direction of the project. We value your input and feedback during this stage, and revisions will be made as necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
In addition to the creative aspect, we also pay close attention to the spatial coordination of the space. We will ensure that the layout is suitable and functional, making the most of the available space to create a harmonious and efficient design. By meticulously attending to these planning and concept design stages, we lay the groundwork for the subsequent phases of the project. Our goal is to deliver a design that exceeds your expectations, creating a space that is not only visually stunning but also perfectly tailored to your needs and preferences.

After finalising and agreeing on the concept design, the next step is sourcing the final finishes and fixtures for your project. We will make this process seamless by providing you with a live link where you can view and suggest changes to the items we have carefully selected. To ensure everything aligns with your budget, we will schedule a meeting where I will present the final samples and review the overall expenditure. In addition to technical drawings, I can also provide stunning rendered images that depict how your space will look. This comprehensive approach ensures that every detail is considered and brings your vision to life. Once everything is agreed, we will freeze the complete design and move onto the next stage. Once the sourcing of items has been completed and signed off, we enter the final stage of the process, bringing us closer to project completion. If builders are required for your project, rest assured that we will liaise with them closely to ensure a seamless process. We can discuss your preferred level of engagement during the design consultation, tailoring our services accordingly.
Purchasing and managing the orders, as well as project management for the design and installation of all finishes, are all customised to meet your specific requirements. Our team can handle the procurement of items, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in line with your design vision. We also take care of coordinating the installation process, overseeing the progress and quality of workmanship.
