A TXTURED Transformation

Before the redesign, the WeLet Properties head office felt dated, with poor sound control—noise travelled across the space, making it difficult for the team to focus. Their goal was to create a tranquil yet contemporary workspace, blending style with functionality to enhance productivity and client experience.

TXTURED reimagined the space by developing new floor plans and spatial layouts, ensuring the office functioned efficiently while embracing a modern, high-end aesthetic. With a strong vision for cutting-edge design in 2025, we introduced a contemporary twist, pushing boundaries in commercial interior design.

A Design Rooted in Manchester’s Identity

WeLet Properties' brand colour—a deep red—was given a modern update using COAT Paints' ‘Northern Quarter’, a perfect fit for an estate agency based in Manchester. This subtle nod to the city's heritage brought warmth and depth to the design.

Key features of the redesign include:

  • A bespoke seating area and boardroom, providing an elevated yet welcoming space for clients and internal meetings.

  • A new client waiting area, designed for both comfort and brand impact.

  • An optimised L-shaped layout, ensuring seamless flow, even with a high volume of people moving in and out daily.

A Contemporary Approach by TXTURED

TXTURED approached the design with a commitment to standout contemporary interiors—something modern yet effortlessly chic. We introduced:

  • Backlit halo signage, creating a sleek and polished look.

  • Modern basket weave flooring, a unique alternative to traditional herringbone, adding texture and movement.

  • Zoned workspaces, defining areas for the lettings and management teams, highlighted with subtle colour variations in seating.

  • Oak beaded panelling and fluted glass boardroom partitions, offering a balance of timeless elegance and contemporary edge.

  • A central carpet feature with chic seating, bringing a creative and high-end touch.

  • Strategic acoustic treatments, with sound boarding across the ceiling to enhance tranquility and focus.
